Thank you for stopping by my webpage.  As the manager of the Kernersville Prudential Carolinas Realty Office I strive to serve my agents and their clients in all that I do.  I began my career in Real Estate as a team with my sister Susan(see photo below).  We worked as the successful sales team known as Maier & Maier for six years and consistently stayed in the top 3% of Prudential sales associates nationwide.  Management is a wonderful way to take the tools, methods, and experiences I learned to be successful over the years and share them with my agents.  The combination of our Rock Solid management team, marketing staff, and relocation department along with the lessons learned during my sales career allow our agents to get an experience like none other to reach their full potential in this Profession.  Feel free to reach out to me at anytime with real estate related questions or if you want advice on which agent to hire for your particular situation.  I would love to talk as well if you are seeking guidance on how to begin a career in this field.

I grew up in Winston Salem, graduated from Elon University, and still consider myself lucky enough to be a part of this evergrowing Triad community.  In my spare time I enjoy traveling with my wife, fishing, working out, reading, and following my favorite sports teams.  I am a Staff Volunteer at the Samaritan Inn, Participate on the Steering Committee for Young Leaders United through the United Way, and remain involved in the Chamber of Commerce.
